One year after the Collierville Kroger mass shooting, a former employee is suing the company for $10 million.

Mario Jenkins, one of the 15 people shot during the mass shooting, filed a lawsuit against the grocery company and Snow Fox, the sushi franchise that employed the gunman.

Jenkins accused both companies of hiring the gunman despite his checkered history of being irrational and confrontational.
