KWAM radio host Todd Starnes criticized Sharpton as a “professional race agitator claiming to be a man of the cloth” who turned the funeral into a “political rally.”

“Al Sharpton’s remarks were vulgar,” Starnes tweeted. “The family of Tyre Nichols deserved better. Absolutely shameful.”

Starnes also commented on Vice President Kamala Harris, who Sharpton invited to give a few words.

“Poor Kamala was in Memphis and ended up playing second fiddle to professional race agitator Al “Tawana” Sharpton,” Starnes added.
