Once again, MLGW is under fire by thousands of customers who say they haven’t gotten a utility bill in months.
Nearly 19,000 customers are demanding MLGW start sending their bills after the utility company delayed payments following the installation of new meters, according to FOX 13.
“Do you know when we are going to get a bill?” MLGW customer Taynor Jennings III asked earlier this week.However, the meters were damaged by December’s winter storm causing inaccurate meter readings, MLGW officials said during a meeting Friday.
Customers are expected to see the delayed bills this week.
