America is at War With a Well-Funded, Well-Trained Enemy

With the Memphis protests beginning to escalate over the weekend, Memphians are reacting to the local vandalism and nation-wide riots that are happening across the country following the death of George Floyd. Kenny from Memphis, also known as “Black Conservative,” was one of many that have chimed in on the situation. He spoke with Robyn Walensky on “Wake Up Memphis” Monday morning and condemned the rioting.

“This is domestic terrorism,” he said. “[The police] got things they can do to deter this to not allow these people to act like Tasmanian Devils and destroy these ‘mom-and-pop’ businesses.”

The caller said that if they resist the police, they need to smoke them out, use tear gas, lock them up or use any other necessary means to stop the chaos. Ironically, the shoe store that was vandalized in Memphis this weekend was a black-owned business.

“This is corruption,” he said.

Todd Starnes, the host of nationally-syndicated Todd Starnes Radio Show, also commented on the situation when he chimed in on “Wake Up Memphis.” He said that this past weekend was a “horrific weekend in American history.”

“I think America is at war,” Starnes said, “the only question now is who are we actually at war with?”

While the country is plundered and destroyed, many police officers find themselves in a tough situation, and numerous city governments have left their citizens to fend for themselves.

“It’s a no-win situation for these police officers,” Starnes added.

Meanwhile, the White House has been awfully quiet besides a few outraged tweets by President Donald Trump.

“Let’s stop tweeting and let’s start doing,” Starnes said on the response.
