DEVELOPING NEWS: At least six people have been shot and three people killed in shootings over the past 24 hours across Memphis.
The most recent shooting was around 7 p.m. near the Southland Mall in Whitehaven. Two people were shot. One of the victims, a man, later died at Methodist South.
At 7:00 pm, officers responded to a shooting at E Shelby & Faronia. A female victim was located and transported to ROH non-critical & now is critical. A male victim left the scene before officers arrived & was taken to Methodist South by POV. He has been pronounced deceased.

At 2:12 pm, officers responded to a shooting in the 2800 block of Spring Ridge Dr. A male victim was located and pronounced deceased on the scene. The suspect fled towards Springhill. This is an ongoing investigation.
