DEVELOPING: Following a shootout with two suspects at 2 AM Friday morning, one Memphis police officer has been pronounced deceased, as well as one of the suspects. Two other officers were also shot. One was treated at the scene, and the other is at Regional One in noncritical condition.
The Memphis Police Department released an official statement:
