One of the victims is believed to be a beloved vendor known as “Bubbles.”

“It’s supposed to be ‘Funday Sunday’ and we have a crime scene,” one eyewitness told Newschannel 3.
“There is no place or time that is safe in Memphis,” one resident wrote on social media. “Just another day in Memphis.”
“The mayor, the governor, we need to shut Memphis Tennessee down,” another local resident told Fox 13. “I’m very disappointed and I grew up in the heart of south Memphis.”
