BULLETIN: Trump Indicted on 38 Federal Counts

Former President Trump has been charged in a 38-count indictment, according to court filing unsealed Friday.

His associate Walt Nauta was also charged for allegedly moving boxes of classified documents following subpoenas.

“The purpose of the conspiracy was for TRUMP to keep classified documents he has taken with him from the White House and to hide and conceal them from a federal grand jury,” the indictment said.

Trump is accused of storing classified documents in “a ballroom, a bathroom and shower, an office space, his bedroom, and a storage room” at Mar-a-Lago.
