Memphis City Council Chairman Frank Colvett joined Tim & Ben to discuss the upcoming readings which give police and fire department employees more leeway on where they may live.

Three readings are necessary to send a referendum to the people of Memphis in 2022.  The referendum, if passed, would expand the residency requirement for Memphis police and fire from only Shelby County to a radius of 50 miles.
