Jewish congressman David Kustoff (R-TN) has been vocal in censuring Palestinian congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) regarding her antisemitic comments.
Tonight, I voted to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib. When members of Congress speak, the world listens. Her vile and antisemitic rhetoric have no place in the halls of Congress or in our national discourse.

However, Rep. Kustoff found an unlikely ally on the other side of the aisle. Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) sided with Republicans on Tuesday to censure Rep.Tlaib. He was one of 22 Democrats to vote with Republicans.
Tlaib faces Dem backlash on her defense of “from the river to the sea”
“Tlaib said from the river to the sea doesn’t mean wiping out Israel. Well, that’s what it means,” Rep. Steve Cohen told @axios
