Country Music Hall of Fame member Charlie Daniels has passed away at 83 Monday morning due to a hemorrhagic stroke. His death was confirmed by Don Murray Grubbs, his publicist.
Some of “The Charlie Daniels Band” biggest hits include the songs “Devil Went Down to Georgia,” “Uneasy Rider” and more.
The North Carolina native is survived by his wife Hazel and his son Charlie Daniels, Jr.
