Former Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich told KWAM that Tennessee’s new drag show law is too vague.
A federal judge blocked the law, which would ban these types of events in front of minors.

“The legislature just needs to figure out exactly what it is that they are trying to address,” she told the Mighty 990, “and then draft legislation that impacts that, that zeroes in on that, without running amuck of federal constitutions.”
