Germantown Democrat Leader Dave Cambron Insults Republican Voters

Local Republicans are calling out Shelby County Democrat leaders for embracing what they call the hate and vitriol of the Biden Administration.

And there is considerable outrage after one key Democrat called out Republican Senate nominee Brent Taylor by name.

Germantown Democratic Club President, Dave Cambron recently smeared Taylor as a “bad man” for simply being a Republican.

These comments sound eerily similar to Hillary Clinton’s “basket of deplorables” and President Biden’s most recent “semi-fascism” comments aimed at “America First” supporters.

Watch Cambron’s comments below.

“Instead of focusing on violent crime, economic development, or other issues that affect families in West Tennessee, local Democrats instead choose to villainize me and insult the majority of voters in District 31,” said Taylor.

Taylor, a former city councilman and county commissioner, received more votes in the August 4 election than any Senate candidate in the entire state. Taylor received 24,850 votes in the Republican Primary.

“It is more evident than ever that Shelby County Democrats, including one of their leaders, believe those 24,850 voters are bad people for merely being Republican,” Taylor said. “While local Democrats continue their non-sensical attacks, I will continue to promote my violent crime reduction plan and work to improve our local economy by maximizing the opportunity Blue Oval City presents.”
