They wanted to discuss Shelby County Commissioner Tami Sawyer and LGBTQ activist group Out Memphis’ attack on Briarcrest Christian School. The private, non-government funded school is being criticized for hosting parent seminars on what the school calls “A Gospel Response To Culture’s Gender Theory.”
