Lisa Marie Presley, Daughter of Elvis, Dies at 54

Lisa Marie Presley, the only daughter of Rock ‘n’ Roll legend Elvis Presley, died Thursday after cardiac arrest, according to her family.

She was 54.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” her mother, Priscilla Presley, said in a statement.

“She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to deal with this profound loss,” the statement added.

TMZ sources told the outlet first responders performed CPR at her California home in Calabasas before she was taken to the hospital.

She was the owner of Graceland in her hometown of Memphis, Tennessee, and was nine years old when Elvis died in 1977.

Presley was at the Golden Globes earlier this week alongside Austin Butler, who portrayed the “King of Rock n’ Roll” in the movie “Elvis.”

She told Entertainment Tonight Butler’s portrayal of her father was “mindblowing.”
