Local business ‘Big League’ is encouraging Memphians to show support for law enforcement with its “Back the Blue” sign campaign.

One of the owners of Big League, Josh Mohon, tells ‘Wake Up Memphis’ that “with everything going on, it just felt right” to help.

After seeing a guy on Facebook post a pro-police message, it inspired Big League to find a way to help local law enforcement. the local printer had been in the sign business for years, so that seemed like a good place to start.

“We print locally for a lot of schools and companies,” Mohon tells ‘Wake Up Memphis.’ “We started back in 2008 and just grown year after year.”

The Memphis business is selling signs and t-shirts that will donate 100 percent of the profits to local law enforcement.

The cause hits close to home for Mohon, who has family in law enforcement. The shirts say “United We Stand” on the front and “Support Your Local Police” on the back.

“Right now we have Arlington, Bartlett, and we’re working on Memphis. We also have Lakeland,” Mohon tells Walensky.

The signs are $10 and say “Support Your Local Police.”
