Man Accused Of Killing Rhodes Student Hasn’t Been In Court For 2018 Arrest

Rainess Holmes was arrested by U.S. Marshals task force yesterday, suspected of a deadly home invasion near Rhodes College.  He is accused of killing student Drew Rainer and shooting a woman also inside the residence.

Before he faces first degree murder and other charges for this incident, Holmes will actually be in court this week to face burglary and theft charges dating back to 2018.  Chett Hopper joined Tim & Ben to discuss how this death may very well have been avoidable for multiple reasons.
