Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of the late music icon Elvis Presley, passed away Thursday following a cardiac arrest.
She was 54 years old. Lisa Marie’s son committed suicide two years ago, and she leaves behind three daughters.
KWAM news anchor Pamela Furr and “Wake Up Memphis” host Ben Deeter discussed her legacy and the impact it’s made in Memphis and across the nation.“She still outlived her father and she outlived her grandmother, who died at 46,” Furr said, “but regardless it’s very tragic for the Presley family.”
