The broad daylight slaying of rapper Young Dolph could be the flashpoint to spur more violence or even a curfew.

Memphis City Council Chairman Frank Colvett joined Tim & Ben to discuss the death of rap artist Young Dolph, who was gunned down at a popular cookie shop Wednesday afternoon.  Colvett outlined his fear of an uptick in violence and what safety measures Memphians should take.
