The young thug accused of shooting an off-duty MPD officer is out on the streets after the hospital he was recovering at released him.
Chase Harris, 19, was released from Regional One before police were able to arrest him, according to Memphis Police.

Harris is wanted for a long list of crimes, including stealing a dodge charge, five counts of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
