There’s been a string of arsons all in the same zip code. The Memphis Fire Department says there been 8 fires set off in the 38109 zip code in just the last three months.
Five of the fires happened within two weeks of each other.Now, a Memphis woman is wanted by local authorities for questioning in connection to these fires.
Catilinea Collier, nicknamed “DC,” is between the age of 19 and 25.
