Mid-South Bracing for Big Storms Today

DEVELOPING STORY: Don’t panic, Memphis – but we’re expecting some severe weather to impact the Mid-South starting around noon today. The National Weather Service says there is a very slight risk for tornadoes. The most significant problem will be damaging winds and heavy rainfall. The KWAM severe weather team has been activated and we will keep you updated with breaking news alerts throughout the afternoon on AM 990 and FM 107.9.
