Realtor Eleanore Maynard with Hobson Realtors joined KWAM‘s “Wake Up Memphis” to break down today’s evolving housing market and why investing in real estate is still one of the safest investments.
Maynard has been in the realtor business since 2016, and she advised those looking for homes to “not get frustrated, because rates are going up.”
The good news is supply in the housing market has gone up, and you don’t have to likely spend over listing price anymore to secure a home.“If you want to buy right now, you’re in a good position, except the rates are going to be a little bit higher,” Maynard said.
