“Who do you represent? Do you represent the people with the money or do you represent the people that elected you to be there?”  Mills told KWAM morning show co-host Ben Deeter.

Mills says his opponent’s campaign has raised 95 percent of its money from outside the district, while only 5 percent has come from donors within District 99.

Early voting is already underway through July 30th. Election day is Thursday, August 4th.
