Memphis Police Association Vice President John Covington joined KWAM’s “Wake Up Memphis” to discuss the current state of the local police department, as well as the issue of crime facing the city as a whole.
“This is a really tough time, morale is not good,” Covington told KWAM.

“It’s just compounding, it seems like it’s one thing after another,” he added.
