- No Saturday soccer this past weekend. Memphis 901 Football Club postponed its game to march downtown to protest social injustice.

- Mayor Jim Strickland announced a police reform commission, which is the second phase of his police reform plan. He says the commission has “the focus of reaching out to other community leaders for a deeper dive into re-imagining policing and their recommendations.”
- Collierville High School announced it will join other schools in the area going virtual due to the coronavirus pandemic. The school confirmed at least five cases this past week.
- Amaya Whitfield was last seen around 8:00 PM on Friday in the 1500 block of Wellington. Reports say she was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black and white leggings and a purple backpack. If you have any information on the 11-year-old, please call Memphis Police.
- Meanwhile, Shelby County Schools start back today completely online. Each student is to be equipped with a taxpayer-funded device and even an internet hotspot if needed. Parents, for assistance, please call 901-416-5300.
