  • Due to Shelby County Health Department’s safer at home order, the Memphis Zoo announced it will be temporarily closing starting today. This is the second time this year the zoo has closed due to coronavirus concerns.

 

  • The police chief of Marion Arkansas Gary Kelly passed away due to coronavirus on Tuesday. He battled it for 25 days. The 63-year-old chief had served Marion for 38 years.

 

  • A 3-year-old boy was shot in Tunica, Mississippi, on Tuesday. The child was found in the Tunica Courts Apartments with a gunshot wound to the back…He was taken to LeBohner Children’s Hospital.

 

  • Arlington Mayor Mike Wissman has written a letter to the Shelby County Health Department about the latest health directive that’s reduced restaurant capacity to 25 percent.
