Here’s everything you need to know going on in the Mid-South as you start your week:
- About 25 percent of Memphis’ solid waste management workers are in quarantine. To help with the staff shortages, your recycling and trash will be picked up on the same day starting today.
- Late Sunday night a pedestrian was hit by a car near Crump and Walnut.
- Early Monday morning a man was shot near Lamar and Winchester.
- Over the weekend, two Memphis restaurants were shut down by the Shelby County Health Department for not following coronavirus health directives. The two locations were the TJ Mulligans locations in Cordova.
