  • Most of the Mid-South is bracing for possible severe weather Thursday. Isolated tornadoes are possible as well as severe thunderstorms. “Wake Up Memphis” will keep you updated on the latest developments.

 

  • The state of Arkansas reports that over 1 million doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been administered, and now the state is offering it to veterans of all ages. Gov. Asa Hutchinson plans on lifting the state’s mask mandate at the end of the month but returning spring break from Florida are a concern.

 

  • The City of Memphis is still searching for its next police director. The outgoing director Mike Rallings held a press conference Wednesday and talked about the city’s increase in crime and advice for the next director.
