  • It was another violent weekend in Memphis with at least five shootings. The latest victim included a woman found gunned down in a Motel 6 in Whitehaven. So far there have been over 245 shootings this year, breaking the all-time record and making Memphis one of the most dangerous cities in America.

 

 

  • Rhodes College graduate Amy Coney Barrett is expected to become a Supreme Court justice today. The full Senate is scheduled to confirm the mother of seven this afternoon. Barrett will fill the seat vacated by the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
