Here’s everything going on in the Mid-South today: 

 

 

  • One person was shot overnight in northeast Memphis and is in non-critical condition. The shooting, Memphis Police say, started from an argument between two men.

 

  • The longtime police station on Union Avenue is being sold and traffic officers are relocating.

 

  • Tennessee Republican Governor Bill Lee announced Tuesday he is extending the state of emergency through the end of October. But, some restrictions are being lifted. Check out the ‘Wake Up Memphis’ podcast to hear the governor’s reaction to last night’s debate.
