One Person Dead in Wolfchase Shooting

DEVELOPING STORY: One man is dead after he was shot Monday afternoon inside Wolfchase Galleria. He later died at the hospital.

The suspect fled the scene in an SUV but was later captured, Memphis police said.

Preliminary information indicates that the victim and suspect were involved in an altercation prior to the shooting.

The galleria was locked down and eventually evacuated. There were no other injuries. The galleria has now been reopened.
