Savvy shoppers want to find the best deal. Mid-South Better Business Bureau President Randy Hutchinson warns that scammers are taking advantage of those desperate for a discount.
Hutchinson said there are multiple ways crooks are trying to pry unsuspecting rental customers away from their money. Consequently, victims end up with an emptier wallet and without a rental car.
