The Volunteer State could be on the cusp of extraordinary times.  Tennessee Speaker Of The House Cameron Sexton joined KWAM & discussed the odds of having two General Assembly Special Sessions this year.

Sexton told Tim Van Horn that it is rare for the Assembly to call its own Session.   He explained how a Special Session may be called and why a second one is necessary, despite Governor Bill Lee’s call for one.
