Blackburn says Congress should focus on enhancing school security and fixing the mental health crisis plaguing Americans rather than incentivize states to implement red flag laws and add more background checks.Tim Van Horn.
School districts have yet to spend 93% of the $122 billion left in the coffers from Biden’s $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Blackburn says the leftover money should be invested into protecting children in schools.
