Shelby County Commissioner Edmund Ford, Jr. joined “Wake Up Memphis” to talk about quite a busy week. Ford earned the District 9 Democratic nomination for the Commission. Ford talked about Tuesday night’s results then shared his initial thoughts on the budget presented by County Mayor Lee Harris.
