We are Memphis.”Early morning in Memphis “Finishing Eliza’s Run” with my @TPUSA chapter President Anne Matheny and her mom. The runners started at Central and Belvedere at 4:20 a.m. — the time police say Fletcher was kidnapped. Participants stopped during the morning run to pay respects at the exact location the runner was snatched from Zach Curlin Street.
