Salem Radio News White House correspondent Greg Clugston tells ‘Wake Up Memphis’ with Robyn Walensky it’s going to be a “full-out sprint” for President Donald Trump between now and Election Day.

After being diagnosed with the coronavirus, President Trump was taken to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and he emerged just a couple days later in seemingly good health. Now, he’s been declared by his physician to be “transmission free” and can resume normal activities. However, with just less than a month left until Election Day, President Trump is trailing in almost all polls to opponent Joe Biden.

Walensky doesn’t doubt that President Trump will pull out the victory in the end.

“He’s like a horse on a race track where he comes from behind and wins,” Walensky explains.

“Speaking of horses, he is galloping this week, he is out of the gate,” Clugston says. “The campaign officials have been telling reporters that the president is itching to get on the road almost every day, if not every day, between now and November 3.

The president is visiting a number of states this week alone, including Florida tonight.
