A proposed 350-room hotel will soar more than 20 stories over Beale Street.
Downtown developer Carlisle Corp. announced plans to build a massive Grand Hyatt hotel at One Beale. The hotel would be used to help bring larger trade groups to Memphis’ Renasant Convention Center.
The glass tower is expected to cost as much as $200 million and employ 519 workers. The hotel is expected to open in 2024 at One Beale.
