Tailgating is a big part of the game day tradition. Fun, friends, football, and food! Memphis BBQ Supply owner Jimmy Shotwell joined Wake Up Memphis today.
In addition to a top supplier of cooking sauces, rubs and supplies, he loves cooking pregame feasts. Shotwell is a huge University of Memphis fan, and he shared his tailgating menu for Saturday’s game. He gave specifics on cooking temperatures, time, and preferred seasonings. In fact, Shotwell listed a couple of fruits which make for great flavoring for meats.
Shotwell also shared a terrific appetizer recipe and tips for Labor Day.
