Heritage Foundation Senior Legal Fellow Thomas Jipping joined “Wake Up Memphis” to discuss the judicial record of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown-Jackson.

Jipping talked about his recent column on the Senate confirmation hearings.  He also outlined a pattern of light sentencing across a variety of crimes and believes she will have enough votes in the Senate to be confirmed as the next Associate Justice on the Supreme Court.
