The Shelby County Health Dept. warned citizens not to trick or treat because of the China Virus. While they did not ban trick or treating, they did ban Halloween events, parties, carnivals, festivals and parades.

A great crowd turned out to get some delicious candy at the KWAM broadcast center in East Memphis. A number of our listeners showed up wearing elaborate costumes.
