Republican State Senate candidate Frederick Tappan joined “Wake Up Memphis” to talk about the Shelby County District Attorney’s race as well as his own upcoming primary. Tappan, whose weekly show airs Saturdays at Noon on KWAM, told Tim Van Horn that crime is an issue that will be front & center in both political races.
