At Tennessee bill is looking to strip parents of their protective rights over their children:
- TN HB0946 would expand exceptions to parental consent for purposes of prevention of STDs in minors, not excluding the use of the HPV vaccine. (So, parental authority is being usurped in the “prevention” and “treatment”)
