Shocking video obtained by WREG shows a man slamming a concrete truck into cars and trucks on Goodman Road in Desoto County, Mississippi.
“I look to my left and I see the police coming down with a concrete truck on the side. Each one of them, each officer on the side of the concrete truck,” witness Christopher Scott told the television station.

The video shows deputies firing their weapons into the cab of the truck – striking the driver, Michael Earl Cowan. He was treated at Regional Medical Center and later booked into the Shelby County Jail. Watch the entire incident below:
