DEVELOPING STORY: Icy roads and frozen windshields in Memphis for Tuesday as the Mid-South is in an Ice Storm Warning according to the National Weather Servive, with more ice storms expected to continue in the afternoon.
Schools across the city have announced closings for the day and thousands are experiencing power outages.
