“Snowing in the Loop.” An old tradition when snow falls in Memphis. Which is not often by the way. The Loop was the downtown Memphis area identified by the Fire Alarm office. The downtown fire stations would announce over the speaker, “Snowing in the Loop.” Tradition. pic.twitter.com/HLjSFgGGYi
