The Mid-South Gardening Show team had a fun conversation about creative ways to tend your gardens.
For example, adding five percent alcohol will shorten the stems on your plants and keep them from leaning toward the light, our master gardener said.“You’ve got to be careful not to over do it because at 10 percent it will kill the bulb,” he said. “You can also drop a viagra in there and it will stand up straight.”
That led to a lot of fun cross talk with the show hosts.
“Not that I have any,” KWAM’s master gardener said with a chuckle.
