- Thousands protested the presidential election results yesterday in the nation’s capital, and a large number stormed the Capitol, forcing the entire area into a lockdown.
- Meanwhile locally, Memphians held a peaceful rally for President Trump Wednesday afternoon. The Stop the Steal rally was held over at the corner of Poplar and Perkins Extended.
- Wednesday night, Congress affirmed Joe Biden as the next President of the United States…A few Republicans objected to Arizona’s electoral votes, including Mississippi Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith. Congressman David Kustoff also objected to results.
