Don’t be surprised if your favorite Italian restaurant isn’t serving chicken alfredo tonight.
That’s because the alfredo is covering a large portion of Interstate 55 in Memphis.Memphis Police say an 18-wheeler crashed into a wall on the interstate near McLemore Road in the middle of rush hour. The sauce was slathered across much of the roadway.
Reporters say the aroma of alfredo — sans noodles – filled the air.
One woman was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition, LocalMemphis.com reports.
